If you feel you have received a faulty or defective product, please feel free to fill-up the form in our "Contact Us" area below the page so we could assist you immediately with the process of your return.
We can accept returns within 30 days for damaged or defective Items only.
For a product to be eligible for return, the following conditions must apply:
- The issue must be reported to Table Tennis Vault within 30 Days.
- A detailed description of the damage must be provided to the Customer Service.
- Item(s) returned should be in its original purchase condition and must be unused.
We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 30-days return policy timeframe and without a photo of the broken items and/or package.
Table Tennis Vault is not liable for missing packages with confirmed delivery by courier.
Table Tennis Vault will not accept Item returns for the following:
- If you have Opened and Used the item.
- If the item was damaged due to customers fault
